Uganda beat hosts to lift inaugural Kenya Women's T20 trophy

Uganda cruised to a comfortable victory in the inaugural Kenya Women's T20 tournament, beating Kenya by 6 wickets in the final match at Nairobi Gymkhana this evening. Vice Captain Janet Mbabazi also picked the Player the tournament accolades with an all round performance that saw her her put on 116 runs on the board alongside 9 wickets from 7 matches.
